A Few Things to Know About Getting Married in Richmond County

Your marriage license in Richmond County comes from the Richmond County Probate Court. Both parties need to appear in person.

Once your license is issued, we sign it at the ceremony and make sure it's returned correctly. Paperwork is part of what we do. We've never had a licensing issue because we're careful about it every time.
